Guidelines provide information that assists a user to undertake a procedure or process. It includes:

  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
  • Manuals
  • Work instructions
Where a guideline has been developed in association with a procedure, the guideline may also be located on the Department's Procedure Register.
